Physio Pilates – Our Approach
All Physio Pilates classes are led by a qualified physiotherapist with many years of experience in movement, rehabilitation, and Pilates-based exercise.

This clinical background ensures that every class is not only effective, but also safe, evidence-informed, and adapted to individual needs. Small, semi-private groups (maximum 5 participants) allow for personalized guidance, hands-on expertise, and meaningful progress.

A minimum of 3 participants is required to start the group classes. If this number of participants is not reached Pelvic Flow will refund the full amount.

Pregnancy Physio Pilates
Pregnancy Physio Pilates is designed for pregnant people who wish to stay active, mobile, and confident throughout pregnancy.

Led by an experienced physiotherapist, the class supports strength, posture, breathing, and body awareness while helping reduce common pregnancy-related discomforts. Sessions are carefully adapted to each trimester, with a strong focus on preparing the body for birth and supporting overall wellbeing.

Postpartum Physio Pilates
Postpartum Physio Pilates is specifically created to support recovery after birth and to complement individual physiotherapy treatment.

With a focus on restoring strength, reconnecting with the core and pelvic floor, and gradually returning to movement, these classes are led by a physiotherapist who understands the physical and emotional demands of the postpartum period. Babies are welcome, and the small group setting encourages both recovery and connection.

Postpartum Physio Pilates – After Barsel
This class is designed for postpartum individuals who have returned to work and want to continue their recovery in a structured, efficient, and supportive way.

Led by a physiotherapist, the focus is on strength, mobility, stress regulation, and long-term body care—offering a dedicated space to reconnect with yourself before returning to daily routines.

Physio Pilates for Everyone
Physio Pilates for Everyone is an inclusive class suitable for all genders, bodies, and life stages.

Sessions are guided by an experienced physiotherapist and adapted based on the participants present. Variations and progressions are offered to ensure each individual feels supported, challenged, and safe. The goal is sustainable movement that nourishes both body and mind.
