Tania is a physiotherapist who prides herself on being feminist, body positive and LGBT + friendly, without fear of taboos.
She is specialized in physiotherapy, holding a Master’s degree in the Integral Approach of the Pelvic Floor, from the University of Madrid.
Since the pelvic floor is present in all of us and is an area of the body that is rarely remember until we have a problem, Tania became interested not only in treatments for this critical area but also methods of prevention.
For the past three years, Tania has been working with pregnant women, helping them to improve their posture and to alleviate the pain and discomfort that comes from the postural changes during pregnancy.
As a specialist in infant colic since 2016, Tania loves babies and takes pride in helping improve their digestive system during the first months of life, as well as advising new parents on how to practice massage on their child to strengthen the affective bonds.
In addition to this experience, Tania conducted a comprehensive study in 2017 in women with endometriosis, which has updated the physiotherapeutic treatments that can be performed to alleviate the pain of this common, and yet not well-studied pathology.
Tania also carries expertise in manual therapy, myofascial release, and visceral treatments.
